One of the largest hotel complex developed in Chennai, this property is located strategically on a three acre plot on the Old Mahabalipuram Road.  With a basic layout in hand the promoters' brief was to design the project  to be built using the most efficient construction techniques.  The building has been designed as one of the most extensive application of precast concrete technology in the industry in India and probably the largest star hotel complex ever built using 100% precast technology.  All structural elements including retaining wall, columns, beams and slabs have been constructed in precast concrete.  It is also amongst the few projects in India where drywall construction has been deployed for all the internal partition walls of the building.  A construction linked Building Information Model (BIM) was developed to enable the project  team to track the project throughout construction.
